You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.

The products to be returned must be unused, unopened and in a resalable condition.
It is essential that cosmetic products are not used for hygiene and health reasons.
The invoice or sales document must be sent along with the product to be returned.

Package the product you want to return in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

4. Return Shipping Fee:

Refunds for products that comply with the return conditions will be refunded within 10 business days from the date of approval of your return, via the method you used to pay for the product.
For debit and credit card transactions, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
6. Change:
It is not possible to exchange returned products. The cost of returned products will be refunded and you can re-order the products you wish.
7. Damaged or Defective Products:
If the products you receive are damaged or defective, you must notify our customer service within 3 business days from the delivery date.
Damaged or defective products will be sent to you free of charge after they are inspected and approved.
